Mobile app for entertainment engagement and rewards

Problem: Most industries reward customers for their loyalty. Travel, dining, and even fitness all have systems in place. Entertainment, however, rarely offers anything in return.
Solution: Sator is a mobile platform that rewards users for watching TV, joining fan communities, and interacting with shows they love.

In a landscape overflowing with content, Sator gives viewers a reason to engage more deeply. Users can join fan clubs for individual shows, participate in trivia and games, and earn real rewards for watching and interacting. As Head of Product, I led the entire product design and development lifecycle. This included building the design system and visual identity from the ground up, working closely with developers to shape feature sets, overseeing sprint planning, and testing features throughout the release cycle.
